The staff were responsive, it’s close to the old town, and everything was wonderful.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the room had everything needed. Air conditioning and hot water worked perfectly. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff were very friendly. The location was great, just a ten‑minute walk from the city center. The bathroom cleaning could have been better—hair was everywhere on the floor—though that might have been an isolated oversight.

It’s close to the old city of Bukhara, in a very safe area, so I felt completely comfortable even traveling alone. The staff were full of hospitality and prepared plenty of food for breakfast. They kindly accepted my laundry (for a fee) and it arrived dry the next day, which was a big help. The location of the hotel differs slightly from Google Maps, so it’s a good idea to walk nearby and ask locals.

Personale gentilissimo. L'ultimo giorno sono partita alle 3.30 del mattino e nonostante questo la sera prima mi hanno preparato una colazione da portare via. La camera era pulita e confortevole. Vicinissimo al centro, circa 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazza principale. Lo consiglio
