The host was really friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Breakfast was varied with fresh daily bread. The spot is right next to the university and the botanical garden. We were a bit cramped, but that didn’t bother us. Be aware that there’s no elevator.

The host was very nice and courteous, but the breakfast was extremely meager, only a few basic items that ran out during our stay. We were told breakfast was included and expected a proper meal. The room sat on an upper floor with no elevator, so we had to haul our luggage up the stairs. Although the listing said there was designated parking, we actually had to park on the street, subject to availability. We had planned to use the car for trips outside the city, but ultimately decided against it because we were worried we wouldn't find a spot when we returned. There were mold signs in the shower and the water pressure was weak. The floor on the level where the room is located is uneven. When we arrived, we found food scraps left in the microwave—presumably from previous guests. In the bedroom, the bed was very small, and the mattress was uncomfortable, made worse by the overall slope of the floor. The bed was positioned under a low ceiling, making it hard to move around. Our stay was unpleasant and did not meet our expectations; therefore, I believe it is appropriate to request compensation or a refund.
