The room turned out to have no window, which surprised us and the other guests who checked in at the same time. The pool only opened until 7 pm, but that wasn’t mentioned anywhere, and we had booked the hotel hoping to relax by the pool in the evening when it wasn’t hot. Breakfast was disappointing; there was nothing like what was shown in the photos, and we couldn’t even make a sandwich. When we decided to leave after the first night (we had booked for 6 nights), the hotel charged us a penalty as if we had stayed 3 nights, and if they had told us about the pool hours we probably wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. The location is inconvenient, with no cafés serving European food or any nice coffee shops nearby.

The hotel is well‑located. The staff were not warm or pleasant. From 8 am they started knocking on doors to clean rooms. The breakfast was not at all quality, and the rooms were not very clean.

The location and the pool were great. The appliances were broken: the TV and the fridge didn’t work.

I didn’t like the limited food options and the location was on the outskirts, so I always had to take a taxi; the food was also disappointing. The cleanliness of the facilities needs improvement.
