What I liked was the view of the city, the staff who explain things well and help when we’re in trouble. What I didn’t appreciate was that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) were old, had dead insects on the floor, and had stains on the floor.

A very unpleasant person on the phone pushed us to cancel our booking, claiming the property was damaged, then the customer service team completely changed their story and blamed us, saying we were going to party in the room. Scam, stay away.

I liked nothing about it; the apartment was filthy with no hygiene, the room was unsanitary, and the floor was broken.

The place is well situated, yet I couldn't sleep all night because of excessive noise, and it was impossible to breathe inside because people were smoking in the rooms, and the smoke drifted into my room while I had children, and it wasn't just cigarette smoke.

The bathroom and toilet need a redo; the mattress was on the floor and uncomfortable, the heat was terrible, there was no small light so I had to turn on the big one, only two small towels for four people, and no soap was provided (in case you forget).
