Didnt stay and no refund. Owner didnt answer when i book and phoned

The room was a total mess.

“Worst place ive ever stayed at! I would not even take my dog to sleep in this disgusting place.”

I was close to work, but I was shocked that this place could even be listed online; the owner was shady, demanding a £50 deposit before giving us the access code, and the property was filthy with a broken bed, broken furniture, a non‑functional shower, bins overflowing with rubbish, and a fire‑damaged look; I had to put the mattress on the floor to sleep and woke up with bed‑bug bites all over—don’t book this, you’ll be safer sleeping on the pavement!

“Rubbish”

The place was absolutely awful—no facilities, no cleaning, a disgusting smell, and overall rubbish; I would never recommend it and you’re wasting your money.

I was shocked by the hygiene and tidiness; the sheets were dirty and likely unchanged, there was a stained mattress in the corner, a bad smell, and a dirty carpet, making the house feel like a squat.
