“Love the location and the unit! Need to provide kitchen items!!”

I didn’t realize there would be no pans, utensils, or dishes—showing kitchen photos made me expect them! That was the only issue.

Kerrie was incredibly sweet, the location was amazing, and everything was clean and comfortable. I just wish the second bedroom had a ceiling fan for better airflow.

“Room”

The location. It smelled like sewage and mold. False advertisement that there was a “full amenity” kitchen. We brought $200 in fresh food to cook and they only had 4 glasses. No utensils, no plates, no pots or pans. When asked they said it would be $50 to rent. That was never mentioned in the description. When I explained this to the front office they said the manager would not waive the fee. Even after sending a screen shot of the kitchen description. So customer service was bad. Our room had 30 yr old carpet that was moldy smelling, as well as the sofa and pillows. This neighboring units were all updated and clean. After going to dinner we came home to a sewage smell and had to open windows and doors to keep from throwing up. I was so embarrassed for my guest and her daughter, it was a birthday present and it was gross!

The spot is great, and checking in was a breeze.
