Located in the ski resort of Bukovel, 20 meters from a ski lift, Karpatski Hotel & Spa offers a sauna, restaurant, shared lounge, and free WiFi. The spa complex features two types of sauna, experience shower, Roman steam room with salt, and spa treatments. The hotel also has a gym, outdoor heated swimming pool, and heated kids' pool. Rooms are decorated in warm colours with modern furnishings and flat-screen cable TV.

They upgraded my room for free, and the room itself was very clean, with all the necessary hygiene items, tea/coffee, robes and towels. The breakfast was very tasty and offered a wide selection. I liked the accommodation and the spa too: it has 3 saunas and an outdoor pool. The only disappointment was the jacuzzi – it was very small and had an unpleasant odor, as if it needed cleaning or replacement.

The breakfast, room, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent. The only downside was that the room felt a bit chilly.

Everything was good – I liked the spa, the wide range at the buffet, and everything tasted great. The room was clean and beautiful, the hygiene supplies were present, and I’m very grateful to the hotel staff.

The staff were very friendly, which was a plus, and we were checked into an upgraded room that was clean and had everything, with a comfortable bed. I liked it. The jacuzzi was almost non‑functional, and another downside was that the room was cool and the shower water didn’t drain well.
