We enjoyed a very pleasant stay at the hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it. The service was outstanding: every staff member was extremely courteous, attentive, and proactively met our wishes and needs, making us feel truly valued and well taken care of. The highlight was the dinner in the hotel restaurant; the food was consistently excellent—big kudos to the chef! I haven’t had such a superbly prepared venison in a long time. On the downside, the breakfast offered less variety than we expected; it was fine but didn’t match the quality of the dinner. Since we came mainly for the wellness facilities, we were a bit disappointed that the area, while tidy, felt smaller and more basic than anticipated.

Clean, nicely renovated, comfortable mattress, all high‑quality linens, the food tasted good. The single room leaves a lot to be desired.

The service was top‑notch, especially how they treated our little one. I can’t think of anything to complain about, except that the mattress topper felt a bit too soft for my taste – but that’s just personal preference.
