I came back for a second visit and the back room was nice, clean, and had all the modern conveniences. I stayed again after a mini‑cycle tour, and the staff were very good, efficient, and friendly, and they let me store my bike inside. The room was warm at first, but the large fan helped cool me down.

I love staying here. The staff are welcoming and friendly, and they’re very helpful. The beds are super comfy, and the food and drinks offer great value. My mum also loves it here.

The location is good. The hotel is in terrible shape—dirty carpets with holes, and I didn’t even want to walk barefoot on them. Both bedside lamps were broken. It’s a total dump! I almost left to book somewhere else. Avoid it at all costs!

The bedroom was clean and tidy, and the spot in the center of Westerham with parking was convenient. However, the windows wouldn’t open for fresh air, the pillows were uncomfortable, the decor was in bad shape, and the bathroom sink was tiny.

The spot was in a great place, breakfast was decent, and with the upcoming refurbishment everything should be fine.
