“Good value accommodation, cosy but not for light sleepers”

I felt quite cosy here; the bed was very comfy, the private terraces had comfy chairs, and the location was convenient for the beach, nearby restaurants, and activities. Breakfast was good, staff were sweet but spoke limited English, and overall it was still great value for money. However, the cleanliness standard was quite poor, especially in the bathroom and shared kitchen (very bad). The rooster next door was extremely loud, yelping at 2‑3 am every night until morning, and the internet was quite poor.

“Beautiful Comfortable Homestay”

The bed was super comfortable, I loved the atmosphere of the whole place, Nova and her family were wonderful hosts and cooks, and there was a shared kitchen if needed that kept my water and milk cold. I'm still planning to return for dinner some days, but there's no pool, which is the only reason I'm not staying there right now; Nova mentioned they might install a pool later.

On the booking site it was stated that toiletries were available, yet none were in the room. Breakfast was also listed as included. Because I had to leave early the next morning, I expected the owner to offer me breakfast before I departed. Unfortunately he asked for nothing, as if he didn’t know breakfast was included. At the time of payment there was even no simple “thank you.” It’s really disappointing, because with a little more attention and hospitality the experience could have been much better.
