The room was clean and in a nice location. Breakfast was really good and made to order. The staff is kind most of the time. Someone came to our room at 830pm on the first night asking for a breakfast order. They informed us that breakfast is only included for one person, and if both of us wanted to eat we'd have to pay extra. I spent 5 minutes repeating that I booked for two people and breakfast was advertised, so I was not going to pay extra for the second person. She eventually gave up and my husband and I had breakfast. This interaction felt like a scam, trying to get a bit of extra money from unsuspecting tourists. Also, could have been done at check-in, instead of disturbing us as we were getting ready for bed. Our room had no water for more than 50% of our 3 night stay. There was no communication from the staff about what was going on, when we asked when the water would be back, we got shrugged off without an answer. We had a room with a balcony, there was a plastic tube that hung in front of the balcony spraying water onto our balcony. We were sitting in the corner (this is where the Wi-Fi was best) hoping not to get sprayed as it was swinging around. We didn't get sprayed, but our balcony was a big puddle
