Warm welcome at a facility near S. Maria degli Angeli. Simple room but with all the services, excellent breakfast. We’ll return gladly. Nothing.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was decent, but the bathroom drain leaked and made a lot of noise at night, and overall the room wasn’t very clean.

The owners were professional, kind, and courteous; the place was spotless, the beds super comfortable, parking was convenient, breakfast was varied and plentiful, the bathroom was spacious, and the air‑conditioning worked well. Everything was perfect.
