Super beautiful accommodation right by the lake, perfect for our family holiday with a toddler and a dog.

The staff were extremely friendly, eager to fulfill every request, the food was delicious with high‑quality ingredients, and the creative activity program kept the kids entertained. However, our room faced a burned‑down farm on the first floor, so we couldn’t see the lake and had to change rooms; overall it was very noisy because construction was happening by the pool opposite the castle (concrete being poured!), a gondola station was being demolished, and the neighbor started mowing the lawn at 21 o’clock.

Everything was excellent, from reception to departure. An electric‑car charging station was available and charged perfectly for the check‑out. The friendliness was the biggest highlight and it was achieved just right, not overdone. Attentive staff at the restaurant always refilled my wine glass without me having to ask. The food was wonderful, more than enough and varied. After a long thought, we found nothing else to mention.
