The location and cleanliness were excellent. There was no option for family accommodation (2+3) in one room. The outdoor pool was not heated, and children had no access to an indoor pool, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

The hotel’s design, the luxury of the ground floor, and the general staff were positives. The spa was hard to locate, and the bar’s food variety was limited.

I loved the vibe and the friendly staff. It’s a bit farther from the city, but that was nice because it let us escape the crowds and unwind in a resort‑like setting.

The hotel was very pretty and modern, with large single beds. The shower gel was empty, and by 22:30 the hot water in the shower had turned lukewarm.
