Хороший, симпатичный отель- в европейском стиле постройка и интерьер. Есть лифт, просторный номер. Завтрак - буфет: без особых изысков, но позавтракать в командировке вполне подойдет. Произошла авария на водопроводе. Ни холодной, ни горячей воды с вечера и до 9:30 утра. Персонал старался помочь - под запрос принесли и воду, и тазик. НО! У меня претензия к собственнику- почему вопрос с ремонтом водопровода не был решен ночью? Неужели нельзя было в столице найти мастера 24/7? Все постояльцы не могли ни умыться, ни обеспечить гигиену в санузле. Рабочий день с 09:00 - и я опоздала на встречи, ради которых и приехала в город

The location was decent and the exterior looked pretty, though worn. Reception staff were very “serious,” giving the impression guests weren’t welcome. The room wasn’t prepared: no pillow covers, the sofa wasn’t made, and the sofa was worn. The bathroom was a basic one without a shower curtain, cold, and I couldn’t find a radiator. The ceiling had cracks and mold, likely from a previous flood. Breakfast was mediocre.
