A private balcony extends from the room, offering city views. The air‑conditioned space includes a flat‑screen satellite TV and a single double bed, with an extra bed or crib available on request. A private bathroom is equipped with a shower. The room accommodates up to two guests.
“Horrible”
The air‑conditioning worked, but I really disliked the location and found the room filthy, with peeling paint and a large wardrobe covering a shabby wall. The shower tray and grout in the bathroom were covered in mould and limescale, the sink tap was loose and the sink’s siphon leaked. The toilet flush required three presses to operate, and the bathroom tiles were still being laid. The AC was set to 18 °C and had no remote; we could only turn it off at the room’s electricity meter, which also cut power to the TV and sockets. There was a gap between the door and the wall, and the Wi‑Fi signal was poor.

I didn’t like it at all. Initially we weren’t accommodated here; we were told no rooms were available and taken elsewhere. When we finally arrived, everything seemed roughly okay but the air conditioning didn’t work, making it horrible. We had booked three nights but stayed only one because we had nowhere else to go; the next day we found another place. The cistern didn’t work, the shower curtain was missing and torn, the sink fell apart, not to mention the bed… We tried to complain for two nights, but they couldn’t be reached by phone. I hope this warns people and that you don’t take this place; it leaves much to be desired.
Nothing good. It was terrible. The accommodations were not as shown in the photos, they were dilapidated and dirty. We didn’t stay there and slept in another hotel instead. I’m reporting my experience and hope you take action to prevent others from having the same ordeal.

We were moved to another property just before arrival, where we found bed bugs biting us, a broken window that was a problem because of the busy street, no shower doors, no toilet seat, a clogged sink, barely working air conditioning that smelled of dust, and no contact with staff (I asked for the Wi‑Fi password but no one answered for days, my calls were rejected), and no Wi‑Fi. When I reported everything on the first day, they promised someone would handle it that same day, but the contact was lost.
