The breakfast and cleanliness of the room. There was a rude staff member at check in. I asked if our room was ready a bit early and she told me I would have to pay a $30 fee. My husband went to someone else and he let us check in, no fee. We also had the front desk call us for a noise complaint when we were just watching TV

We were up and moving before breakfast was served. However, staff offered us breakfast we could take with us. Never had this happen before. Outstanding!!!!

The breakfast staff and the meal itself were good, but the front desk could try looking somewhat enthused to be there.
