The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the fridge and microwave were very clean inside. There were also plenty of towels!!! I will definitely stay here whenever I come to MI!!! Everything!!! Not one single complaint at all!!!!

“DISGUSTING AND AWFUL”

The room was filthy, and the bed rattles whenever you even touch it. No towels were left in the room, and when I called to ask that I not be charged for a towel that wasn’t there, they agreed but then sent someone into my room without telling me. That person knocked repeatedly even though I was naked and had a “do not disturb” sign on the door, and there were items jammed in their peepholes so I couldn’t see who was at the door. When I told them I was naked, they said it was fine, but it was not. 100000/10, never again.

“Terrible, people were up partying on a Tuesday night Wednesday morning till 2:30 in the morning. Hard to get a decent ni”

The location is off I‑75. I didn’t get a decent room until the third one, and that room had no telephone. The bar lock was broken, the air dryer didn’t work, and the floor outside the shower was wet as if someone had just used it. There was mold on the shower door. This is the sixth or seventh time I’ve stayed here and I’ve had problems every time; this stay was the worst. I’m done going there.

The location and price were good. The staff, cleanliness, and hospitality were poor.

Someone was given a key to our room. We went to the front desk and were issued a new key without showing identification. The next night our key wouldn’t open the door, so we went back to the front desk and were given another new key again without showing ID.
