The receptionist Alexandra was very helpful and polite.

The accommodation was very good for the price. Being in the Center is convenient, the room was very clean and everything was organized, even a mini closet for clothes. All the systems worked, which is commendable. The staff were all very friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the room quality. The hotel is undergoing renovations and everything is new and organized. The room was fully equipped, the bed was soft, the air‑conditioning and TV worked, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff were very friendly and Rafael was especially attentive and helpful. I’ve already scheduled my next stay. The only downside was breakfast, which is always challenging for me because I’m lactose intolerant and can’t eat most of the items served. Still, the breakfast had many good qualities.
