They took advantage of a small glitch to lock in a new booking at an outrageous price for this place; the site shows one rate, but when you pay you’re asked for a different one. Saying it’s dirty is weak; twice I couldn’t take my clothes off because the drawers were full of bugs and mites, not to mention the bathroom that literally ran out of toilet paper – a total disaster, which explains why the ratings are so low.

Nothing. I paid 171 euros for two nights for a room that was basically a dump with a leaking bathroom and a toilet that was literally on the floor; after I complained the next day they told me it was 171 euros per night… it ruined my holiday, you should remove it from Booking.
