The place looked completely fine, clean and tidy, and every request was met with a friendly explanation. The staff were helpful and pleasant. Most of the food was good, but the quinoa salad was spoiled and caused me a stomach upset. We also asked for two child beds in the room, were told there weren’t any, and ended up in a room with only one bed. In the evening, a second family member arrived and we discovered that their room had two child beds side‑by‑side, so we had to change rooms again, which was a bit of a hassle.

The location is great. The staff are super nice and polite. The mattress and pillows are okay, and it’s nice to have an open view. The refrigerator is small but comfortable. The room smells like a place that never gets aired out or ventilated, probably because of the constant air‑conditioning. The floor, especially in the bathroom, is sticky with the shoes that are given. I paid for breakfast but, due to personal issues, couldn’t eat before 10:00; I asked for a takeaway in a box but never received it. They explained that it’s only for early‑wake‑up people who don’t have time to sit, which was a bit frustrating.

Very quiet. The beds were not a single bed; they said they didn’t have a single large bed and had to connect two beds together.

The location and the view from the room are good. The shower wasn’t working and extra bottles of water in the room cost money. The taxis called by the hotel reception from the same taxi company going to the same destination charged different amounts ranging from 33 Shekels to 50 Shekels.
