The staff were enthusiastic and polite, but the fan was filthy with a lot of dust and the air‑conditioner made a loud noise like a tractor 😅😅

The staff were enthusiastic, and when the room wasn’t exactly where I wanted it, they rearranged the accommodation to suit my needs; everyone was friendly and cheerful, so I’ll definitely come back!

The hotel was clean, the space airy, close to the city centre with many restaurants nearby, and the price was reasonable – I’ll return for sure.

The location is one of the hotel's strong points – it's super easy to get to the city center. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and comfortable. I didn't have any major complaints, but the noise from the street outside was a bit of a nuisance.
