The hotel has a really good restaurant, and the rooms are spacious and air‑conditioned. Unfortunately, I feel the overall facilities and service do not meet the standards of a four‑star hotel. The breakfast was also below our expectations—the selection and quality could be significantly better for a hotel in this category. We stayed on the third floor. During our stay, the weather was rainy, and water began leaking from the ceiling directly onto the bed. After we informed the staff, the only thing they did was replace the bed linen. We were neither offered another room nor provided with an adequate solution, so we had to find our own way to sleep without the bed getting wet again. Fortunately, it rained for only two days, but such a situation and the lack of proper assistance are unacceptable for a four‑star hotel. The excellent restaurant and spacious rooms made a positive impression, but the disappointing breakfast and the inadequate response to such a serious problem negatively affected our stay.

“I would for sure choose it again for the future Grand Baie trip”

It starts with the lady at reception who was really nice, to the hotel itself, where we found no dissatisfaction. The room was big, with a nice view of the ocean and splendid sunsets. The breakfast was good, but only two options to choose from, served in the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel. It was so clean and comfy, housekeeping cleaned the room each day and changed the towels. Nothing else, everything was perfect.

Perfect hotel boutique in Grand Baie, Restaurant and the most important private parking. The million dollar view, magnificent. The staff’s are fantastic, great customer service. I definitely recommend to stay there
