The whole setting is stunning and breathtaking. The flowers are especially delightful in the morning. The only downside is that there are no drink vending machines near the living tents area, so you have to walk the full 400 m to the entrance; it’s best to buy and stock up before heading into the tents.

The staff were extremely kind, and although I expected a fridge they only had one in the summer; they made up for it by bringing a portable AC, ice packs and ice, which I appreciated. When rain was forecast for early morning they also delivered enough umbrellas for everyone to the tent. The only downside was that there was just a single toilet, so we sometimes had to wait, and there was only a shower on site, though we could use a nearby hot‑spring facility.
The staff here really know how to provide top-notch service. It was a pleasure to interact with them and they made our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel's location is also pretty convenient, but the noise from the surrounding area can be a bit of a nuisance.

The place was spotless and the food was fantastic, especially the meat, which was tender and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice to have a fridge, and a cold‑air unit would have helped during the day, and the shower and toilet were a fair distance from the rooms, which was inconvenient.
I was a complete beginner to glamping, but this place was an absolute blast. The BBQ was amazing, and I'm already planning to come back for another two nights. The flowers were stunning too!
