That you had a comfortable bed. We had just flown in on a flight that was due in 2 1/2 before we landed, as it had a big delay. We left in the morning for our destination in Muskegon for a funeral

Some front‑desk staff were extremely rude and unaccommodating, refusing to help even when we asked politely; the room was extremely humid, paint was peeling from the walls, and a sensor on the door tracked our comings and goings.
