The location is great. There was no staff, needed repairs, and the reception and entry area looked overall messy.

Old musty smell when entering room Paint peeling off bathroom and kitchen ceilings, fly screen on kitchen window not on properly. Lounge had no springs and you almost sat on the floor, lounge was dirty and stained. Bed was atrocious with the hugest dip/ hole from broken springs, my husband and I had to share 1/2 the bed as I had the bed springs sticking into my back. I left a note to advise they needed to replace the lounge and mattress. Someone living in a car outside one unit. Middle of the night occupants of next room had a shower and our whole unit sounded like all the water pipes had burst, the noise was frightening . photos show the huge dip in the mattress

We arrived at the property early and asked if we could leave our luggage there until check in time. This wasnt possible. The bed had two big dips in the mattress where people before us have slept. You ended up in this dip. The room was very old and tired and not overly clean. Wouldn’t recommend this accomodation

The location is good, close to the river and the main road into Tweed Heads and Coolangatta. No one was at reception upon arrival or departure. The complex is tired and untidy.
