The rule that if you forget to cancel you must pay for the entire booked stay is truly misleading. It would have been appropriate to charge only for the night, as is customary in any respectable place on Earth, not for a whole week. In practice, there was no hospitality. There was only payment!

Location of properties, 2 pools and beach access. Nice large 2 bedrooms 2 bath with full kitchen & laundry in unit. AC & fans were great. Nice views of the mountains & Hanalei Bay

The resort had a nice vibe and a great spot, but the room wasn’t that clean and the bed was uncomfortable.

We enjoyed the pool and the bar, yet the building feels old and needs renovation, and it’s far too expensive for what you receive, which was disappointing.
