The bed was fine, and a small enclosed balcony helped compensate for the tiny room. Parking was difficult and stressful because it involved a pedestrianised area, and to make things worse we couldn’t get the hotel garage key to work twice. On arrival and departure we had to rely on the kindness of strangers in the dark garage to let us out.

We arrived late at night when there was no reception, received instructions on how to get in, and the whole process was easy. The room was a good size, the bathroom was great, and the sink was the biggest I’ve ever seen. The hotel is right in the middle of all the bars and restaurants, so the location is great. We didn’t have breakfast, but we went to both café bars next to the hotel and both were excellent; one was a brilliant Colombian café bar that also serves as a betting shop, and the food there was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel. No negatives.

The room was clean, modern, and spacious, and the area had plenty of bars.
