“Expensive place for old run down facilities in the middle of nowhere i.e. far from popular places.”

The staff were very polite and helpful, yet the rooms were run‑down, smelly, and old, making them feel too expensive; we even had to ask for toilet paper and pillows.

“Great staff great service if you have pollen allergies the place is full of trees that can cause this”

The staff are amazing, the location is good, and breakfast is okay, but when we had a problem with the room we booked they changed it for us; the beds feel a bit smaller than expected, and if you have a highly reactive respiratory system there are many trees on the property—call the hotel first to check for allergens before booking.

The staff are friendly and breakfast is good, plus the pool and sunbeds are nice, but the rooms are old and the bathrooms are outdated and need renovation, so it doesn’t feel like a 4‑star hotel.

“lindo hotel , un poco alejado , buen precio”

The hotel is old but pretty; it needs better beds and pillows, which are also the main complaint.
