We got in super late and the staff were really helpful, even giving us snacks when we arrived. The 24-hour reception and amazing location were huge pluses, and the room was clean and stocked with essentials like towels and a toothbrush kit. The only weird thing is that the reviewer said everything was great, but then mentioned that everything was fine - not sure what that means!
