“It disappointed me this time and I didn’t really enjoy my stay there while in hotel.”
Near the market and Sai Samadhi Temple. The mattress, pillow, quilt and bath towels were of poor quality and cleanliness; it seems they haven’t been replaced in a long time. The bath towels were very hard and not cleaned adequately. The wash basin tab in the toilet was not installed properly; you need to band your hands to wash, the toilet flush was broken and during use, water was leaking around the area. Wi‑fi was only available for 2 days and you receive a new coupon after two days to get access to Wi‑fi. Staff are not smiling faces; you need to request multiple times to get something. Tea is worst in the restaurant if you order to your room, as it gets cold by the time it reaches you. They should have some hot cattle to serve for room service. I booked this hotel a second time after 4 years since I visited in 2022 and that time I enjoyed my stay here, but this time they disappointed me. Instead of improving their customer service, it deteriorated from 2022. I won’t book my stay in the future at this hotel as there could be other best options available for sure.
