The hotel and rooms were old, yet the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the staff were helpful and always ready to assist. The Wi‑Fi, breakfast, and room maintenance could use improvement.

The breakfast was good and the room was spacious, but an Indian staff member was a bit rude; he refused to use the lift from parking, claimed he couldn’t speak Malay, and then told my elderly mother to use the staircase to reach the 12th‑floor room.
