“Great hotel in excellent location”

The hotel’s location was great and the rooms were very comfortable. The bar, however, was cramped and offered too little seating; using the reception area would give you more space.

The location was fantastic, the staff were fantastic, and the room was spacious and spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

“Good hotel, comfortable and well located.”

The room was comfortable, the location was superb—walking to everything we wanted was easy—and breakfast was excellent, especially the tempura station where the tempura was freshly made. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival, and the staff helped us book restaurants. We used the hotel shuttle to the train station to catch the bus to Itami airport, which was convenient. We didn’t try the bath or other advertised facilities, so I can’t comment on those. The hotel felt busier than others we’ve stayed at, with many tourists. The Wi‑Fi was spotty; I had to toggle the Wi‑Fi switch on my phone and computer to keep the signal.

Breakfast was the best I’ve had at any hotel so far; it was so delicious that I’d love to stay again. The station shuttle service made getting to and from the station very convenient.
