The location is great, right in the city center, but the lobby is a bit hard to find and is on the 19th floor. Otherwise it’s what you’d expect from a 4‑star hotel. The building feels a little outdated, but everything is clean, with no smell or noise. The room is very far from the elevator.

The location worked well for a quick two‑day trip from Kyoto to Kansai Airport, and the staff were friendly and helpful, storing our suitcases before check‑in and placing them in the room later that day. We stayed on the 19th floor, so the city views from the room were impressive. However, the price is high for the location, breakfast feels pricey for what it offers, and the rooms look a bit dated with limited USB charging and unclear renovation dates.
