The floor in the bathroom was nasty, the shower was disgusting, and homeless people were living in the parking lot; noise rang through the night, pot smoke drifted through the hallway, and creepy people lingered around the parking lot. Furniture in the rooms was damaged, hallways were filthy, and overall it was a dark, rundown, smelly hotel—my worst stay ever, especially considering I usually stay at contractor‑level hotels.
