The location is convenient for reaching the airport and the parking is spacious. However, the room’s soundproofing is insufficient; being close to the highway makes for a terrible night, and the fact that they know about it and provide earplugs in the room says everything. Verdict: 2.

The steam room and aauna were great, but housekeeping rarely came to my room.

The location was good, but a loud road outside, an overpowering perfume smell when entering the room, a really dirty pool, a bathroom fan that didn’t work (multiple staff said they submitted a work order, yet the manager claimed they didn’t work and were all being replaced), and for our five‑day stay room service only came once—this was irritating because the fitted sheet was loose on the beds and couldn’t be taken off each night—plus the pull‑out couch mattress was incredibly stained and no mattress protector or replacement mattress was provided.
