The whole area was calm and relaxed. However, foreigners and Ukrainians were a problem.

“Steinharte Betten ,gehen garnicht”

The room was clean enough; otherwise we’d have left right away. It was as small as advertised, the shower was cold, we had to make our own beds with mismatched, old linens, and there were no towels. The overcrowded trash containers stank, and it was hard to find the correct building. If you don’t speak the language and don’t realise everything is together, you could survive, but the stone‑hard bed was unbearable. We could have slept on the floor, yet we couldn’t sleep all night. This is unacceptable!

The room was cleaned and tidy. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and willing. After arranging a morning breakfast, it was excellent. We booked at the last minute that same day, and even though it’s a campsite, we were satisfied. The reception lacked a Czech‑speaking staff member (we still live in Czechia). In the bathroom, it takes about 10 minutes for hot water to actually flow, wasting water.

The place is awesome because everything is on one site—sauna, jacuzzi, pool, terrace, and a big area near the cabin. The cabin’s furniture is pretty. The price is too high; at that cost you could have offered guests tea, coffee, shampoo with gel, a hair dryer for women, and the cabin is meant for only three people, so it’s not worth it for three at that price. The water in the jacuzzi was dirty, and the garden borders were drawn with a black marker.
