An absolutely extraordinary hotel! Our stay at Hotel Monika in Sexten was perfect from start to finish. The service is first‑class – attentive, warm, and pleasantly unobtrusive. All staff radiate genuine hospitality, making you feel instantly welcome and completely comfortable. The hotel’s location is dreamy and an ideal base for hikes and excursions into the Dolomites. At the same time, the hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere for relaxation. Culinarily, Hotel Monika is top‑level. Breakfast leaves no desire unmet, and the evening menu is a real highlight every day – creative, high‑quality, and lovingly prepared. For us, everything was more than excellent – service, staff, location, and cuisine. We felt thoroughly pampered and will definitely return. A wholehearted recommendation for anyone wanting a perfect holiday in the Dolomites! Big kudos to the whole crew!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always happy to help. We especially appreciated the breakfast and lunch bags they prepared for us on the days we left early for hiking. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The wellness facilities, especially the pools, were excellent, and the fitness room was very well equipped. The food was original, beautifully presented and consistently delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. Above all, the hotel’s location is outstanding, surrounded by spectacular nature and some of the best hiking in the Dolomites. The only small suggestion would be to offer a slightly wider range of vegetarian main courses. The existing options were very good, and the staff were very accommodating to any requests but a little more variety to the main menu would make the dining experience even better for vegetarian guests. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.
