Breakfast arrived on a tray to the bedroom and was adequate; communicating with staff via WhatsApp was excellent, and the on‑site restaurant was great. However, light from outside and early morning glare disrupted sleep because not all windows were covered.

I absolutely love staying at Duttons Cove; the view is fantastic and the staff are very accommodating. The restaurant is also great—perfect for relaxing after a day’s work in George. The area, view, and vibe are all wonderful.

I can’t think of a better value for money in all my hotel stays. Rooms ‘7’ and ‘8’ offered fantastic ocean views, and the rooms themselves were very nice. Even though the last stay fell on a busy long weekend, the noise was hardly noticeable and the price remained excellent. The staff communicated well too. It’s a real gem.
