The room was clean and very comfortable, and housekeeping tidied it daily while we were out. We had a problem with another guest upon arrival, but the staff resolved it immediately; they were all welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Breakfast served in the room was fresh and tasty, and any special requests were handled without issue. The team sent a lot of useful information for our arrival and for finding the accommodation, and I can recommend the place 100 %. It’s easy to reach from the train station. Thanks to Giselle, Marco, and Max for making our stay so pleasant, and the downstairs coffee shop is great—try their homemade ice cream! The only downside is that, although the room was very comfortable, the main‑road location can be noisy for light sleepers because of frequent emergency vehicles. I was also a little disappointed that we didn’t have a balcony to sit on as described on the booking, but it didn’t ruin the stay. Trams were easy and frequent, though there weren’t many options if you just wanted to wander at night.

“Conveniently close to train station, far enough from main Trastevere squares to be more quiet.”

The Ecuadorian lady at the front desk delivered excellent service, offering detailed help with bus routes, entertainment options, and restaurant suggestions. The safe was larger but still not loose.

The breakfast was decent and the service very pleasant. However, the space to place the breakfast tray was extremely limited—just the tablet where the coffee maker already sits and a tray with glasses—forcing us to put the coffee maker on the bed to free up room, which was unlucky. We couldn’t access the balcony, and the neighborhood was very noisy.

Getting there from the train was easy. The staff were friendly, and the luggage hold was convenient. The rooms were beautiful, though the lock on the room door was sometimes tricky.
