“Pleasant experience”

The hostel is very clean, offers filtered cold drinking water and free tea or coffee, and the staff are super friendly and energetic, willing to go the extra mile to help. I booked the Bromo tour and waterfall tour through them and everything was perfect. Wifi is excellent, and the bathroom is clean with hot water. Highly recommended.

Olivia, Misel, and Alesha were very helpful, friendly and kind, they made sure I had everything I needed and made my stay even more comfortable. I would recommend!

“Very good value for money”

I booked again, but this time in a shared room. Everything was perfect, as I wrote in one of my previous reviews.

I booked again at the same property; the night before, Alesha at the reception handed the room I wanted over to her colleague Aisha (I hope I didn’t make a mistake). Everything went perfectly. The place is very clean, in the room, bathroom, kitchen and other common areas. The hostel sits in a very quiet area, far from noisy streets. There’s a fridge, and the kitchen has basic items. The common area feels chic, and the walls are tastefully painted. The room is large, very high, the bed is comfortable and big enough. If you’re over 2 m tall and want to sleep straight, you might have a few cm of space outside. The staff was extraordinarily kind (Alesha and Aisha, whom I wrote about earlier, plus Michelle and Olivia at the reception) and the two people who cleaned (a lady I saw most of the time and, more rarely, a nice man with a mustache) always had a smile on their faces.
