The accommodation matches the description, but we couldn’t use the pool because it wasn’t filled until after 6 pm on our second day.

“Good stay, need to improve in costumer service”

The place is well situated, has a private pool, and checking in is easy, but we arrived late at night and the room had no towels—so we had to shower on the sheets. I called the host’s number, but towels were only delivered the next morning, which was disappointing.

“Ottima soluzione e buon rapporto qualità prezzo”

The structure is very quiet and welcoming, in a safe area with plenty of restaurants and supermarkets. The staff are very kind and helpful (they let us leave our luggage after check‑out and stored it safely). The pool is small but clean, the room is spacious with a huge bed, the bathroom is new, small but with a nice shower. The location is convenient for reaching the beaches of the Hotel Zone. Highly recommended. The communal kitchen is poorly equipped in terms of dishes and cookware, while the fridge is large and spacious.

“Chambre confort”

The accommodation is very good for one night, clean, with a shared kitchen. It’s close to restaurants that are within walking distance, outside the Cancun hotel zone. The room is small for four people. Parking is nearby on the street.
