A beautiful castle with stylishly renovated, spacious rooms. The communal terrace compensates for the lack of balconies due to the historic architecture. The breakfast buffet is varied. In the evenings, the lovely host cooks for guests upon request (highly recommended, even for vegans!), and a drink cooler is always available. Filtered water is free at any time. The place itself has no infrastructure except the train station. The only thing that might disturb the night’s quiet is the croaking of frogs in the moat. The swing door to the bathroom was already quite awkward, as it didn’t keep bedroom noises or smells away.
