The location was good, the place was clean and the staff were friendly, but I thought the noise complaints were overblown; we couldn’t sleep well in the evening or even at lunch because every door slammed loudly, the card‑door system announced loudly when it opened, and the neighbors did the same.

The spot is great, the hotel feels welcoming, and the room was clean and tidy.

The spot is spot‑on, the rooms are spotless and kept in top shape, and I’d strongly recommend it to anyone planning a city trip – I’ll definitely return.

The staff were genuinely lovely and easy to talk to, but after dinner we found the room card wouldn’t open our door; the team finally answered our calls and messages and we got in, though it was a bit unnerving. We tried the hot tub, but it had white stuff floating in it—unsure if it was a cleaning issue or the water itself, so we didn’t use it. The biggest problem was the constant noise from other guests moving in and out; the room door isn’t well sealed, so you can hear everything.

The place is great, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and overall I loved the apartment.
