The room was clean with air‑conditioning and a fridge, and the area was great: there’s a grill and a relaxation zone under the awning. The shared kitchen is spacious and there are two bathrooms, one of which has a washing machine. There’s also a huge terrace that all residents can use as a common area. The price‑to‑quality ratio is optimal. The room didn’t have a bathroom; there were two in the hallway for up to three rooms. The beds were short and uncomfortable, the walls were poorly sound‑proofed, and the biggest downside is the air—there’s a refinery nearby, so windows usually stay closed.

The value for money is excellent. Everything you need is on site, including a washing machine, iron, and air‑conditioning. Noise from the street and a hard mattress were issues.

Very cozy, stylish, and clean. The street traffic near the apartment was a nuisance.

A great place to stay! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything matched the description, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!
