The view was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and helpful, and the location was extraordinary. Booking advertised a private bathroom, but it was actually a shared toilet and shared bathroom; that should have been disclosed beforehand. There was no drinking water in the taps.

We had the whole area to ourselves and the place is truly magical, especially in the mornings and evenings. If you’re looking for peace and an authentic archipelago feel, this is the right spot. Gert is a great host.

I stumbled upon this spot and it turned out to be a genuinely unique place with a lot of heart; the creative setup shows the host really put effort into making something special. The sauna was a real highlight—bring a sauna towel for the full experience. Kayaking around the island is a blast and a full loop takes about 1.5 hours, and mobile reception stayed good throughout. A few practical tips: bring your own drinking water (tap water is fine but has a slightly salty taste) and all your own food—salt, pepper, and a drip coffee maker with a reusable filter are provided, so just pack your ground coffee and you’re set. The tent and facilities are functional but show their age and feel well‑used; the tent has a slightly musty smell, which is worth keeping in mind if you’re sensitive to that.
