The TV didn’t work on the first night, no one came to fix it, and the room wasn’t cleaned after our first night.

The location close to the Château de Chantilly, the staff’s kindness, and the comfortable beds were all positives. The bathrooms were tiny, one had nasty odor seepage and another had a missing part of the shower door, making it hard to shower without getting everything wet. It was quite noisy at night and the view was of a car wash with constant daytime noise.

Cleanliness and staff smiles were positives, but it was far from the highway, the room was tiny, no sound insulation, doors had to be slammed hard, dogs barked in the hallways so we couldn’t sleep. Breakfast at 8:15 left almost nothing, there was no soap left in the shower, and we won’t return.

The staff were professional, welcoming, and very friendly. The room was spotless and spacious enough. However, there was a lack of storage, no shower door, and no towel rack. The distance was just right for the two salons we visited, which were located at the château and the polo. Overall, a good plus for spending a long weekend at this hotel! The staff, cleanliness, and distance to exhibition venues were the main drawbacks.
