La Maïoun Guesthouse, housed in a historic 1856 Protestant temple in Nice, offers a garden‑view terrace just 500 m from the beach and 200 m from the old city. Dorms feature bunk beds with curtains, reading lights, outlets and lockers; a mixed dorm includes a lounge area. A double room provides a private bathroom. Free coffee, tea, and shared kitchen appliances are available. No elevator.
