The lodge sits just 4 minutes from the city entrance and welcomed us warmly; the lady in charge, Dona Jovina, is truly lovely. Everything was fine, except the acoustics let you hear from one room to another—though we managed by closing the bathroom door when someone snored, and it didn’t disturb us at all.

Cleanliness was flawless, the breakfast offered a great variety of homemade dishes, blankets were plentiful for the cold, and the gas shower was hot and powerful. The highlight for me was Dona Jovina’s service: always kind, attentive to our comfort, and ready to help. Every morning she greeted us with a friendly smile and fresh scrambled eggs that made breakfast extra special—her personal care is increasingly rare.

Sabe aquele lugar que abraça a alma e renova as energias? Foi isso que vivi na Pousada Florada na Serra! Passei o final de semana lá (sábado e domingo) e saí encantada! A começar pelo atendimento… que experiência MARAVILHOSA! A pessoa que nos atendeu foi simplesmente impecável, com um cuidado, carinho e atenção que faz a gente se sentir em casa — ou melhor, em família! As instalações são super confortáveis, limpas e bem cuidadas. Tudo pensado com muito carinho.

Amei muito o local e o café da manhã. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. Não gostei somente da acústica dos quartos. Dá para ouvir tudo que vem dos outros quartos
