Great hotel in a fantastic location with stunning views from the bed and rooms.

The hotel is beautiful with good facilities. The first night was terrible—people were shouting in the room next door and no one came up to check it out. The next day we were moved to a different room.

If you head to Barcelona, skip this spot. The whole experience was awful—staff were unprepared and clearly undertrained. Every order lagged; we had to wait 40 minutes for two room‑service cokes, and extra towels didn’t arrive until the next day. Breakfast was a mess, with waiters taking ages to serve. I won’t return or recommend it.
